Main benefits of Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana 2020: –
- The benefit of this scheme will be given to the migrant laborers returned to the urban areas of Jharkhand.
- The government will guarantee 100 days of employment to such unskilled laborers who are in urban areas, this scheme will give 100 days of work to people in a year like MNREGA scheme.
- Under this scheme, if any laborers are not able to get employment, then they will be given state government unemployment allowance.
- Under Jharkhand Chief Minister Shramik Yojana 2020, job cards will be provided to migrant laborers.
- Under this scheme, unskilled laborers above 18 years of age living in the cities of Jharkhand will be guaranteed 100 days of employment in a year.
- In addition, job cards will be given to beneficiaries who register.
- All Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) will be given separate financial assistance to make special plans for the employment of migrant workers.
- Workers will be given one-fourth of the minimum wage as first month’s allowance, after 60 days, half of the wages will be given to them. Then after the full 100 days, the laborers will be given 100 days wages as allowance.

- Applicant should be a permanent Residencial certificate of Jharkhand.
- Under Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana 2020, the age of the applicant should be 18 years or more.
- Applicants should not have MNREGA card in rural areas.
- Applicant has been residing in urban areas since April 1, 2015.
