The government has taken this decision to provide relief to the common people from the daily rising gas cylinder prices. The price of a gas cylinder has crossed 1000 rupees. But if the ration card is shown, this price will be reduced by half.

Who gets the benefit? :
Rajasthan government has decided to provide gas cylinders at half price. This decision taken by the state government will be implemented in the entire state from April 2023. BPL card holders will benefit from this.

Under the Ujjwala scheme, 12 cylinders will be available every year. Now it is possible to get a cylinder for just 500 rupees. The budget will be presented next month and the central and state governments are preparing a special plan to reduce the burden of inflation.

January 1 i.e. yesterday the price of commercial cylinders was increased. But on commercial cylinder there has been an increase of Rs.25.
